Kathia is a pedagogue, trainer, organizational consultant, process facilitator, coach and team coach. In her work with clients, she is particularly characterised by her clarity: "Naming what is" is her motto. She particularly enjoys supporting people in their personal development, whether at work, in associations or in a family context.
Kevin is a trainer, organisational consultant, process facilitator and team coach. In his work, he is guided by the conviction that "there is always a solution, you just have to keep looking". He is characterised by his thoughtful and calm manner. Bringing order to structures, processes and workflows is a major focus for him.
The Open System Model (OSM®) by Kambiz Poostchi, which represents the systemic approach for Synea, is the foundation of our work. It promotes the understanding of interconnections and the necessity for each part to work for the greater good. More about it here.
